Hewett Industries started as a 16 Year old's vision to make automotive apparel that him and his friends could wear. Tyler Hewett started Hewett Apparel in 2015 and only had one product (American Pride www.hewettapparel.com/product/USApride) but this short sleeve American style shirt barely sold, as in he sold 4, one to a teacher of his, one to a buddy, and the other 2 he bought for himself to wear as advertisement to help sell.
In his Words about selling that shirt " I was 16 and had no clue about running an apparel business"
But he did have a growing following on social media and had posted a picture of the shirt that he was modeling along with a custom hat he had made. A simple black on black flexfit with a white Hewett Apparel logo on it. Soon enough people were contacting the Hewett Page asking where they could get this one off hat.
So he set off and got "A Small Loan a Million dollars.... Just kidding it was more like $250 from my dad" and ordered 12 different styles of hats one apiece and posted them to Instagram and made a link on the website for them friends to buy it. Well within a week they were sold and customers were wanting more, so Tyler put in a order of 50 hats of different styles, and had them sold out and paid off his loan in 2 weeks!

Soon enough Hewett Apparel was getting a big enough following that we Co-hosting Car/Trucks Shows in Plant City Fl. (Our Home) including a Toys-for-Tots Charity show that $6,000 worth of toys and donations!
In 2018 Hewett Apparel was shut down and website under maintenance, and people were complaining, little did they know it was coming back bigger and better, also known as Hewett Industries as it now known.
Hewett Industries now offers shirts, jackets hats and keychains with many more products rolling every month!
